Hi! So I called USCIS just now, i got a confirmation number for my appointment letter and I should receive it in 15 days or so.  I also got to ask where my docs now and if my case gets transferred or not. Basically it all boils down to the bulk of cases they're(field offices) handling and the person who's actually handling your case. And the most important thing is that, yes, my applications are within the processing time frames...So, the wait continues...

 

I hope you hear good news as well..And I guess you can also call them today besides our cases are just one day apart.

Got the letter for my rescheduled biometrics appointment on Friday. They changed it from May 26 to June 5.

I checked my case status today and it Just changed to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview "☺☺

Hello everyone  all be sending  my AOS this June I guess that makes me a June filer.  My question is which the right address to send all the AOS documents? Or every states has a different address And do u include  wedding photos as part of evidence? Joint bank outs? Thank you.

Hi good morning! I didn't include wedding photos and joint bank accounts. Its not stated in the requirements. But if you want to front load your case, I think it's okay.

I can see someone has already provided you with the address. 

As for the evidence, just make sure to provide all the information that they ask. Afterall, it is only what they ask to provide that matters. So make sure you have all the necessary documents so that you don't get a RFE and slow down the processing time. As for the wedding, they don't ask for pictures but for a copy of the marriage certificate. Also, they don't ask to submit join bank account proof. Make sure to properly read the instructions for each form you are sending, I forgot to submit a document relating to the i864 form and got an RFE for that

Ah sorry I wanted to add that my comment is based on the AOS after K1 visa. I don't know if it may be different for you depending on your initial visa category.

May I ask what was your PD and biometrics date?

Also, did your status on Travel/EAD application change as well?

My PD is April 24 and My biometrics date was may 23rd but I did it on the 18th (early walk in). My status on Travel/Ead is yet to change though

Although my wife is adjusting from a K1, I included pictures of our wedding just to be on the safe side. I figured it couldn't hurt our case.

I'm a little late to report on Friday's biometrics appointment, but here goes:

 

The folks at the Northeast Philadelphia (Drummond Rd) ASC were friendly, helpful, and efficient as others have mentioned on Google reviews. The person assisting my wife didn't say much nor did he present her with the attestation paragraph as referenced on the USCIS web site. (The one that begins with "I declare under penalty of perjury...") Odd. In any event, we were in and out in less than an hour. I did notice a few people who attempted early walkin appointments and all were accepted.

I am so frustrated. Pkg delivered Apr 26, noa may 2. No RFE. Still waiting on biometrics. I called them a few days ago they told me to wait until today 6/1 to call again to create service request. So I just called today and they told me to call tomorrow 6/2. Anyone still waiting for biometrics like I am?

Hi! I feel you. We are on the same boat. I called them the other day. They did give me a confirmation # and that I should receive my bio appointment in 15 days or so.
