mine still says I need to send packages! someone mentioned it says "at nvc" for them.

You have to call them to see the date nvc received it. When it says at nvc it means case complete, it just waiting on them to send it to the US  embassy in the foreign country.

Guys call nvc to find out that's how I did. My scan date Feb 6 got cc April 13.

Takes about 3-6 days after IV is paid for the da 260 to unlock so should be soon.

hey so i paid my stuff since wednesday the site still say in process should i call today or wait

They can't do anything. It's automatic so they'll just tell you up to a week or two. Also, keep in mind it takes two or three days for your bank to process your payment.

 

just keep checking daily and I'm sure it'll unlock this week. I notice stuff usually unlocks about 1 or 2 am est

11 weeks after they scanned your documents (IV and AOS packet)

Case Complete. That is when your NVC process is complete and you would be scheduled an interview at your countyr's Embassy.

Hello

We paid IV fee on 12th early morning (4 a.m.) but it is still "in process", should we call NVC? or we should wait more?

I'm not exactly sure what step you're asking about but:

 

11 weeks is the expected review time for your documents . It starts from when they scan your documents into the system .

 

the ds 260 "shows up" or unlocks about 3-5 days after your bank pays the nvc or 2-3 days after the nvc site shows paid for the IV fee.
