Translation of Documents from Russian into English

I will try to make my question as short as possible. My fiancé used Translation Service in Russia to translate documents from Russian into English. I know that the translator must certify that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she competed to translate from the foreign language into English. My question is, the translator translated document with no mistakes (checked it myself), but instead of certifying she stated that the document were translated by her (she printed her name and signed it), but she wrote that part in Russian. Everywhere I see, the translator has to certify in English not in Russian. Now I am confused if I can mail the original document and the translation to USCIS. If anyone translated document in Russia before, please help me.

Refer to the USCIS tips on assembling your K1 Visa application:
https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

[typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and [enter appropriate language] languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled [enter title of document].
Signature
Typed Name
Address
Date

So to answer your question, yes, that part should be stated in english and not Russian.

Let me know if you need a recommendation on a translation agency in Moscow. They do everything very fast, online, let you check it via email first and then deliver to your address. I used them a few times and NVC/ embassy accepted all the documents.

Do you still have their info? I need to have this done pretty fast as well. What needs translation? I read the police cert doesnt have to be official but birth cert does? Confused.
