Hey guys,

I have a couple of questions regarding my K1. First off, I am 22 years old and living as a student in Australia, Sydney and plan to hopefully move in with my fiance who lives in Florida. I filed our I-129F form around the 10th of February 2017 and received our NOA1 on the 6th of April. We originally filed it to the Texas Lockerbox but we were lucky it seems to have it routed to the California Service Center.

Reflecting back to the I-129F package that we sent I feel as we didn't provide enough proof of meeting. We both submitted signed letters acknowleding that we have met in person and provided evidence in the form of airline tickets, photos together, specific dates that we were together on multiple occassions, and a few receipts from when we were together doing activities such as disney / universal. I am seeing a lot of people submit actual texts and phone bills etc, and frankly I am feeling that the evidence I provided is now minimal in comparison to what others have submitted, could this lead to a RFE? or am I just overthinking things.

Also I have a question in regards to dual citizenship. I have Australian Citizenship through birth but also obtained german citizenship from my mother who is a german citizen by birth. Will this affect my visa process at all? And would this be something appropriate to bring up in my interview (providing I get that far)? I was not aware that I actually had this citizenship until of recent.

All I-129f petitions are sent to the Texas Lockbox, then they are routed to the appropriate service center, generally now a days for I-129f's, all go to California.

As to evidence, some people "front load" their petitions with tons of evidence depending on what country the beneficiary is from. This is highly important for countries known as "high fraud" because the I-129f petition, after USCIS approval, is the first thing generally the CO's at the embassy sees before the interview, and a lot are known to base a decision off that packet alone and before the interview even, or looking at any additional evidence submitted.

Australia not being high fraud, I wouldn't freak too much honestly. We sent basic things you did(airline iteneraries, some credit card statements showing purchases in the Philippines, photos, passport stamps...) and had no issues.

Not entirely sure on the dual citizenship as we have several years still to worry about it on our end as my partner wishes to do dual as well. Some other experienced members will have to help you there.

Your dual citizenship is not an issue. Just remember to acknowledge it when you fill out your visa application (ds160) later in the process.

You have submitted plenty of evidence, so don't worry about that.

I assume it was your fiancé (USC), who filed the i129f though?

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
