You need to edit via the email, which would have generated after filing out the form which @JBMG sent out...

Hope you have it, else its more work to @JBMG! :)

How do you edit the questionnaire?

Hi, you should have received an email after you completed the questionnaire. Just click on "edit response". (see pic below).  Ignore the popup when you go into the questionnaire as it will open an entirely new one.. You want to edit the one you already completed.  You do so by simply scrolling down.

Oh no.  I saved the link, not the email.  :(

Ok, I've deleted your entry so you can do it again. But save your email next time. ;) It's a security measure so that I or anyone can't change the data.. I need remind others of this too as I just had to delete 3 other double entries.

Hi March filers.

THANK YOU everyone for being the beta group to get this up and running. I'm now inviting all February and April filers to complete it as well.  Also, It's open for all filers: Mail, Email, CEAC upload.

I've added some new questions. So you'll notice them the next time you edit your questionnaire.

Hello,

Welcome. I created a way to track everyone's case progress. Please see instructions below.

Thank you,

JBMG

====

First, please fill out this short questionnaire.

NVC Case Status Questionnaire - March 2017 - Method 4: Mail processing

Then to see everyone's results, go here..

NVC Case Status Spread Sheet - March 2017 - Method 4: Mail processing (save this link in your browser)

MOST IMPORTANT: keep your confirmation email to edit your status as your case moves along.. I will not  be managing this for you or resending the questionnaire to you. In fact, i don't receive the email link you receive making it impossible for me to resend the questionnaire to you.

When the NVC says that docs are in the review department means that the package has been moved and scanned again (bar code) from the "collecting dust department" to the review department, thats all the NVC customer service see on their screens when we call asking to check status, they can't tell if someone has actually a package on his hands reviewing it.. Sometimes they'll say is being reviewed and sometimes they'll say is in the review department which is the same thing

So to confirm, your file is still "collecting dust"?
