Feeling more hopeful! Ghaaad if your scan date is march 20th and have been moved for review , then ours should be too .. March 16 here.. Please update us wd ur case.. When did you fill out ur ds 260? Thank you

I filled DS 260 on Feb 28 but did not submit documents until March 16. My scan date is March 20.

Mine is on feb 14 , hubby sent in docs march 9, nvc received on d 14th and scanned on d 16th.. I guess they process also giving priority on when ds 260 was filled and sent ..

Best of luck to you.  It is good news that it appears NVC is reviewing faster now.   I have a scan date of March 24 so hopefully not far behind you.

I just called NVC now to confirm when my case was sent to the review department. No waiting period at all and I spoke with a very nice rep. She informed me that my case is under review and was sent to the review department on May 2. Scan date March 20.

WOW!! MARCH 20th!!?!?!?! And already in review dept!! That's great!! let us know.

I just called nvc no waiting time. Spoke to 3 reps and all i got was .. Ur case is not yet in d review department and it takes up to 11 weeks so call us back past that timeframe.  March 16 here.. I asked them clearly why scan dates beyond 16th have been revirwed already and mine still not, they just cant give a clear answer!  Still hoping here

Mu husband called NVC last night. They gave the same answer that the case is still no under review. We didn't not quote about other cases. Hoping to see the progress soon.

Im not intending to hit anyone, please dont misunderstand me. I had to ask and compare other cases moving coz it would be very unfair that NVC doesnt follow their own rules and processing. Im making it a reason to ask for a supervisor review , pressing on that. We should be fighting for our rights too coz we badly needed our families. They suck out all the positivity in me .. Ghaaaad nvc!

I received the same answer. I also mentioned about other cases and she answered very rudely that " I don't know if you know that it takes 11 weeks now". This really makes me mad that I've been very nice and I appreciate everything that they work hard and all that but at least they should be nice to us too. They must have probably never stayed apart from their loved one or they have NONE that's why they don't understand what we're going through and how hard it is to be long distance. 

 

Anyway, I'm calling their a** everyday until they provide me update on my case .

You're really lucky! You'll get cc most likely in less than a week . And you get great reps to answer you .  Good luck 😚😚😚😃

It's really a waiting game! Nvc sucks! I got approved very fast from USCIS den reaching nvc, we are stuck .. All we can really do is pray and hope real hard 😔😔 rude nvc people, majority not all

You're lucky that your USCIS stage was faster. Mine took 205 Days. Let me tall you about that too! My PD was July 25th and everyone around my case number got approved either in December or by mid January while I had to wait till mid Feb to get my case approval. Why I had to wait, Only God knows that.

Faith! Same here .. Feeling hopeful and keeping my faith that God's timing is perfect. We really dont know why things delay and make us be left behind, but everything has a reason, He has His own reason, that is His Will. Let's continue to pray instead . At times we may feel desperate because of being human, but let's keep our faith .. My son had his father on his side since he was 2 days old till his 3rd week, from then on until now dat he is 16 months old, we could only give him kisses and hug him through the tablet .. My kid always have tantrums trying to tluch his dad physically but he just cant.. That breaks my heart, seeing my son's reaction .. We wanted to be reunited soonest
