lifting of conditions

Hi everyone ! My has time flown . While we still have some time on the clock I wanted to inquire regarding lifting conditions . So, how soon can we put in paper work from conditional permanent resident status for 10 yr? Do we have to wait for the three months prior to expiration date of the card or can we put in paper work earlier let's say 6 months ?

You CANNOT put paperwork earlier than 90 days prior to GC expiration date.

I recommend starting now with getting your evidence gathered that you will be sending in with your ROC.  It's so much easier to start printing things now then everything at the last minute.  Best wishes!
