Received The AOS and Visa App Fee Invoices from the NVC in my email today.

There were instructions on how to pay them online (from your bank checking or savings accounts) so I paid them immediately ^_^  because they will not proceed any further until they receive payment.

Step by Step but starting to see the light at the end of the immigration tunnel.

Happy for you.. im still stuck in the dark of this tunnel lol

Hello everyone.

So I received hard copy of my NOA2 on Oct 02, to this day I haven't received any e-mail/text messages from USCIS and on USCIS case tracker it still says "case received". I am calling NVC but they said they haven't received my case and keeps telling me it takes up to 6 weeks to receive case from USCIS. Has everyone who has been approved and received NOA2 have received e-mail/text from USCIS? Did your online status change? I don't know if I should call USCIS to find out if they have sent my case or not!

you can try calling USCIS, if you get right tier 2 officer which might let you know if it was sent to nvc or not. Mine was approved on 9/19 and then I got email that it was sent on 10/6. NVC received it on 10/16. Mine was same service center as yours.

If it has been two weeks then call the NVC directly and inquire. That is when most people do so.  Call in the evening as the wait during the day is quite long.  Once you have a NOA 2 the process is out of the hands of USCIS.

Call everyday.  Call at night.  The representatives are much nicer to speak with.  They say six weeks for it to arrive, but it takes less than three.  Just keep calling.  When you get your case number, ask the representative for the invoice number.  It is the invoice number that helps kick off the next step in the process.  You can't appoint an agent or start paying fees without it.  Don't wait for that to come in the mail too, as you will just incur more delays.

Just called USCIS and spoke to Tier 1 officer, didn't tell me anything new then when I had known already. Told me it can take up to 90 days to send case to NVC. What a BS!
