i had my approval the day after it said my name was updated. but some people report an approval up to two weeks later. depends on who has your file.

i would say around february or march next year. but there is still another year wait for a visa to actually become current.

Yup that means someone worked on your file and it is either approved or RFE 

I hope it's approval 

If you don't wanna wait for status change online or mail you can talk to tier 2 rep and sometimes he can confirm what happened

Woot woot! I received my approval notice today, no email or app update. On the notice it says petition was sent to NVC. I am completely done with Nebraska?

Thanks, approved exactly 9 months from PD. I s/w IO yesterday and was told approval notice was sent to me 2 days ago. I suggest calling since they are reviewing some April cases as per trackers.

Yes.  Your dealings from now on are with the NVC and then the embassy.
