Oh no, I can't believe they told you that. Did you try to call back and try to speak to someone else? I can't see how they would pull it from supervisor review whrn you waited the 8 weeks in the first place.

I called twice for that, they answered the same, will try to call again and see how they will answer, will uldate you as well

called right away and was told my case was completed this morning 

scan date: January 19

requested supervisor review: March 17

Case complete: March 27

I've called multiple times and they have yet to give me a solid answer as to when or if they're reviewing it. They've only informed me that it's in line to be reviewed and they said their deadline to review and get caught up is April 18th not sure if that's true or not. Thought my husband would be able to at least witness our daughter's birth but looks like that won't be happening since I'm due in 3 weeks. Maybe by the time she's born we will hopefully get a CC.

i hope and pray to have your case complete the soonest   that's what they usually said to me as well. maybe that's what they were told, there are some co-filers who happened to talk to other reps that really elaborate

hoping that the next time we call we will have the chance to talk to them

I'm sorry to hear he may not be there for the birth, I can only imagine what that would be like.  But I hope you have a good support network in place, and your hubby gets an answer soon so he can join you and your family at this precious time.
