  Really?  All this change in less than 1 year when women held just 1/6th of senior roles at top UK companies? Methinks the only place the pendulum has swung is inside the alternate reality that the white male brain of people such as John Allen seem to be adept at creating.

I've noticed one place where white men aren't "endangered speices" and that's the criminal figures depicted in televison commercials be it insurance or doorbells with security cameras attached, but that's a whole other topic all together.
