Ive been in NVC since December and its about to be 9 weeks in 2 days. When I call they tell me is still in review. Does anyone know how much more time they can take? All they tell me is that is still in review and thats it :(

Thanks for the info

Yes this is normal right now as they are still backlogged with cases. I too am at my 9th week and am being told the same thing.

They said last week that our case was in the review department, but could not tell us whether it's actually being reviewed or awaiting review. Sadly, we just kind of have to keep calling and checking on it.

I was told that when our case when into 'Supervisor Review' that we have up to 8 more weeks from the request date; so although we waited 6 weeks initially (no case complete or any notifications on our case), and then at 6 weeks went into supervisor review on 02/10, we now have up to 8 weeks for our case to be reviewed... so I say just hang in there, and keep calling them at least twice a week. Hoping for a case complete for you soon :)

December... 29 and I called yesterday and they told me they havent even started reviewing our case <_< because they are really behind. She also told me she is going to put a note thats all the info I got.

Scan date for me is 12/29... so we're all in the same situation and sounds like we're all being given the same information. I do believe we're very close to case complete. Just saw a member with scan date 12/28 get cc yesterday; so I think we're much much closer. Good luck you guys and keep your head up, we're almost there. :)

Congratulations!!! I got cc on 3/7 and  I completely forgot to write that here on this thread. I too am waiting for interview date; I called today but she said they have not scheduled it yet, that they will begin scheduling at the end of the month. Good luck on your interview, so happy for you! :)

Hi!

It has been week #10 since NVC received all the documents (including DS-260)....

Does anybody knows how long it can take them to review the case?

When I was in my 8th almost 9th week I called and they told me they will put a note on my case and a few days after that I got an email from NVC I was missing documents but if I wasn't I would of already been approved.
