So we just received the mail today that our AOS is rejected because of incorrect fee. So I guess we have to send it back again.

If you did not send it with a $1225 check or money-order for AOS then yes; resend.

Yeah that's what we will do, the lawyer told us the  wrong amount

Hello!

I have the same response from the uscis, they send me the AOS package. I got a green sheet of paper saying that I'm invited to resubmit my application and put that green sheet of paper on top of my package. Should I sent the same package again, exactly how it is right now or should I submit a new application with the green letter on top and a new check with the correct amount?
