We got approval on the 4th of May 2015 and haven't got anything nor our Invoice # from N.V.C and I was just wondering why it's taking so long. Please get back to me ASAP thanks

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with your case - this process is frustrating enough at the best of times. You need to contact USCIS to find out why your case is delayed.

Are you inside the USA or outside? What documents exactly did you file, because the I-485 Application is usually for people inside the USA, but you posted in the spousal visa form and mention NVC, which is for those needing a visa from outside the USA.

 Is the US petitioner a greencard holder or US citizen?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

your title mentions the i485 to adjust status within the US, but then you mention the i130 and NVC, which is the center for those who will go through consular processing in their country of origin, so where are you? Is your husband a USC or a resident?
