Does either of her parents make enough to support 3-4 people from their retirements?

I do not believe they combine retirements, meaning her parents together can not sponsor you and her and one of her kids... only one parent, like the dad has to be able to show he can support himself, wife, and 3 other people....

when me and my wife calculated the amount of her parents they make more than enough

and this is the mail we explained to them everything but i dont know why they insist to for joint sponsor  and is there anyone can be joint sponsor and this is my phone number in Egypt (removed)

My husband,(removed) and his cas number is >>>>>>>>>>, came there for his Visa interview on December 15, 2016. Following the interview, he was told he needed to find another joint sponsor and obtain a family registry. He tried to ask why he needs another joint sponsor, since he has already has three, but was given no further explanation. He also emailed customer service on January 18, 2017 with questions, but the only response he received was the same and did not answer any of his questions.

I am the primary sponsor. I have four children, but my two oldest sons are 23 and 24. They do not live with me. And, both have full-time jobs. My daughter, who is 18 years of age, no longer lives with me, as of January 1st of this year. She also works full-time. Therefore, the only one I am now responsible for is my youngest son, who does reside with me. He also has income in the form of Social Security in the amount of $1,058.00 monthly that I receive for him in lieu of child support, since his father draws Social Security Disability Benefits. I could not, however, include this income on the I-864 form (because of the way the form is constructed and the wording of the form) without stating that it would be used to support my husband, which is not the case, since I myself have income . According to the chart regarding income and poverty levels on the NVC website, we do meet the income requirements. Furthermore, my parents are joint sponsors and their income exceeds the income requirements.

As far as the family registry, my husband attempted to ask if it should contain his parents and siblings or just me and him. Since he didn't receive a reply, he obtained both and will be sending them through Aramex.

We have worked very hard to make our dream of being together a reality and been more than patient. We have sent every form, document and fee asked of us. So, why must we follow every rule and regulation, but you refuse to do the same? Every delay costs us more precious time that we can never get back. There is no justification for us to provide another sponsor or any further information.
