Reviewing this now.

"The State asserts that the Order violates the constitutional rights of lawful permanent residents (LPRs). Response at 10, 15 & n.3, 16. But the Order does not apply to LPRs. Exhibit D. It applies only to aliens who lack LPR status. And most of those aliens are outside the United States and have never been admitted to this country."

^^^ exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you. You're always so helpful and I love how you back up your comments with research. You seem to have become very knowledgeable about the immigrations processes. Hopefully it will clear up many questions. Although, still feel kind of fearful about leaving and visiting in this current state of turmoil.

You are awesome!  Thanks for posting this.  I'm still going to wait til March to purchase airline tickets for our planned trip in May.  You just never know what drama will unfold day to day.

Your welcome.  I do always try to be sure what I post is based on truth and fact.  I do research alot.  My husband calls me the detective lol.  It makes me feel better that trumps appeal states in 2 places that the travel ban does not apply to LPRs.  Doesn't mean I trust him or his administration, but at least I have their argument in writing.

Thank you. You are welcome.  I printed this out and have put it in our immigration document travel folder.  Being prepared for any possible issues helps to ease the apprehension.
