Yes!! According to the new update of USCIS Nebraska is processing January of August 31st....really hoping to hear something next month! 242 days and counting

Hi guys,
Has anyone received their NOA2 but its taking forever to reach the NVC??
Got my approval letter on 9/9 with approval date being 9/1. However as of today my case still hasn't been sent to NVC, they said it could take up to 6 weeks but I find this to be ridiculously long. The website still says "Case Received", whats taking so long??

My case was approved 09/12 and i still havent received anything from NVC  also.

Imagine each center having 30000 cases processed each month and 1000 processed per day but hiring only 4 mail persons...

Mine was approved Aug 31, sent to DOS on Sep 25. 

Did you make an inquiry after the NOA2 date so they are closing your case later than they should be?

No case number just the invoice number so far... so sloooowwwww

They cant even access to the system to add our emails yet.

I filed my I-130 in Febuary  in 2017 received the NOA1 in March 2017. I have not heard anything more UCIS says my application is in Nebraska

has anyone received any news since filing in Feb? How much longer should it take?

I rang the NVC and they said they haven't received it.. My wife will call USCIS to chase it up

February 8th here, they haven't started working on February cases, that's right. They keep going back and forth with December-January filers since August.

Another Kiwi here, our NOA1 date is Feb, we are with Nebraska. Nothing yet. 246 days  Hoping soon though!

Approval date of 9/11 and nothing yet from the NVC.

Is the next step just waiting for paperwork from them?

Should I start prepping something while waiting?
