I believe 6 weeks from the date they scan it into their system, providing you have no checklists (missing items). From there, they send to the consulate to schedule the interview, which can take another 3-6 weeks.

I have also sent out all the Documents (AOS and IV Documents) still haven't heard any word from NVC.  It's been a 7 weeks, and still haven't even got confirmation that they received everything.  Should I be worried? I emailed NVC and haven't heard anything yet.  How long does this usually take?

I have called weekly and they have advised me that they are forwarding the packets that are over the 6 week mark to supervisors, so they can be priority. At this point we have been waiting 10 weeks for them to review the packet and get an appointment date. Hopefully it comes soon.
