Please help! I just received my noa2 and the NVC is sending my i129f to Nigeria now. I need to help my fiance get a passport, visa so he can schedule the interview and complete his ds-160. I heard i was able to do that before the  embassy send me the instructions.... is that true?

Also I would like to pay for my fiances visa or passport online if possible have any of you paid online with you debit card? or does he have to do it from his bank aaccount?

Please i want to do this ASAP because i am leaving to nigeria in less than a month!

You can't help your fiance pay online ,ask your fiance to do it him or her self, and are you saying your fiance does not have an international passport????

if no ask him or her to go to the nearest immigration office, and it can be issued a day if you want it urgently
