Ok I have the NOAA1 letter. I'm assuming the next step is NOAA2? What exactly is that and what does that consist of? I guess my question is, when will I be asked to provide the I--I34 Affadavit of Support ?

Thanks,

Marko

As stated above, NOA2 will be updated online and a hard copy sent in the mail, same as NOA1.

Then the petition will go to NVC, once NVC creates the case number and finishes processing the petition they will forward it on to the embassy of the beneficiary's country, and send the petitioner a hard copy of the NVC letter.

At the interview state you then provide the I-134 and financial documentation.

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

Im still confused. I got the i-i79 Notice of Action letter. Is that the NOA1? Confused because I never got a text or email.

You only get text or e-mail if you signed up for it online or via app and/or you provided them with the form G-1145.

You will not get a text for NOA2 unless you sign up for it you can also check your case online with your case number.
