Flight back is the worst isn't it!!! Makes us cry every time and I end up waiting for my plane like a blubbering mess  praying this is the last time for us all!!! ❤️

Yeah mine took 8 days to be assigned a case number so somewhere at the beginning of  next week you should be good🤗

oh my life those are the worst, every time you just leave a bit more of yourself behind with your loved one. And it takes alot of adjusting when your back home

haven't seen my husband since April and I am just so excited. no sleep for me tonight I think. At least that will hopefully mean I can sleep for most of the billion hour plane journey  haha

I arrived yesterday, greeted by my handsome and all smile husband, after a uneventful flight and CPB experience (can't help the anxiety, but the second experience was just a s smooth as the first).

 

We are at day #161, still no approval from TSC. As I'm here for 4 weeks, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the NOA2 will land while we're enjoying our vacation time together, champagne is in the fridge, waiting!

 

As I entered the country, I thought to myself that this was probably the very last time as a visitor (fingers crossed!). Also, and this has become a stronger feeling every time, especially since the wonderful day of our wedding, I can't help but feel comfortably at home here. Home is where the heart is. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yay!!! glad you made it safely. That is a lovely vacay..4 weeks!! crossing my finger for you guys to hear something while you're together! 

Reading about your feelings during the flight had me a bit emotional. Such an awesome thought to FINALLY (and permanently) be with our loves

Hey everyone!  Just checking in, I know it's been a little while.  I have been in a huge transition as I moved from Belize back to the US to re-establish myself here and wait for this process to be over!  My husband plans to come for a visit soon but then he will go back to Belize until approved.  I just want to tell everyone visiting their spouses that I hope you enjoy that time to the fullest!  Those of you emerging into the NVC stage, stay focused and positive.  It is another step of a lot of paperwork and of course more waiting but being out of the I-130 stage is a blessing.  Those of you waiting for NOA2, I feel for you and I know this is a trying time.  However I know NOA2 has to be coming for you soon and when it does, enjoy the celebration!  This process is not for the weak at heart.  Most people have no idea what we are enduring to make this happen.  They just think it is "easy" because you are married.  We know the truth but we also know that we are doing this for the right reasons and that one day we will look back and say wow, I remember repeatedly checking my status every five minutes on the USCIS site or I remember spending all night reading Visa Journeys blogs because people there were the only ones who "got it".  Anyways, continued wishes for the best of luck in this crazy process as we all look forward to that sweet reward.

Guys we just received our case number and IIN through email! We werent really expecting that at all.   We called Wednesday and they said to call back again next week.  We received two emails one directed to the petitioner and beneficiary with the numbers, some instructions and a document cover sheet with checkboxes.  Is this common?
