I submitted Service Request about three weeks ago, and is supposed to hear back by tomorrow.

 

I'm curious, in case I don't hear back from them by tomorrow - what should I do next?

I didn't hear back from mine, it was meant to be Friday. 

 

I called the service centre, it was apparently resolved on the 16th, but no response, and they couldn't view it... Frustrating.

Is there anything in the history on My Case Status? It should at least show you that it was assigned to an officer & completed. Though that is frustrating if you still have no update after that.

Called again; got the reply read; it's been sent to a different field office due to backlog at my local one... and they are processing applications as of July 19th currently, so that makes a bit more sense (my local office was past my date) 

 

Curious why I didn't receive the emailed reply though...

We never got a reply, either. Our case was approved so we knew what happened, but no email or letter that was supposedly sent regarding our inquiry. Glad you got someone on the line who could give you info!

I tried to speak to Tier 2 today, waited for almost 4 hours for a callback, and she just hung up on me.

my status says "Not assigned". Does it mean it will not be assigned at all?

Any suggestions on what to do now?

Seeing your timeline I'm not sure a SR will help you since you need a interview.

They are working on beginning of June now so shouldn't be long though.

Finally, I put a SR like two weeks ago and yesterday my interview got scheduled for April 28th in San Francisco!

 

Now to get everything ready... I'm a little bit scared because we got married after only 8 months but my wife got stationed in a different state and we didn't want to be separated. Also, we both hate jewelery so don't even have the wedding rings. I hope they don't think our marriage is fake...

OMG! My interview is 3 days earlier than yours in SF!!! After submitting SR of course.

 

And I am worried about the same, because we don't have many stuff jointly with both of our names. And we don't have a ring, either. And also we got married after being together for a few months only. But we spend every day together and every night. Let's hope for the best!
