Tourist visa to us for my brother in uk

Hi everyone. My brother is working in uk and still holds philippine passport and he's planning to get a tourist visa so he can attend my wedding and visit me in the us. I'm planning to send him an invitation letter so that he can use it during his interview. My questions are:

1.) Can i just send him a scanned copy of the invite?

2.) Is it ok if I can't send any formal invitation card for the wedding, (only the invitation letter indicating that i'm inviting him to come to my wedding) since i will only have a simple court wedding with our family with us?

3.) What other evidences/supporting docs should he bring for the interview?

Invitation letters can often do more harm than good; it's generally recommended here to not use them, since they're mostly worthless at best anyway. 

 

Your brother would need to demonstrate strong ties to the Phillipines and/or the UK in order to try and overcome the presumption that he's an intending immigrant.

You don't send him anything, they don't care about you. 

 

They will ask him questions about his ties to the UK to make sure he will come back.

if hes working in the UK all they want to see is

Ties and reason for him to LEAVE and not overstay in the usa...

 

-i assume ties to the UK since hes working there... valid work visa/residency, job, apartment ect... 

-when does his work visa end?
