Hi all

I am applying for AOS and EDA. The fees for AOS are 85 for biometrics + 1140 for AOS. The fees for EDA is confusing me because in the instructions the fees are not wavied for AOS applicants. Did someone notice that? Should i send another check with fees for EDA?

If you're applying with the aos the fees for the ead (i765) is waived, so you pay 0 for that

NOTE: If you filed Form I-485, Application to Register

you may submit the Form I-765 at a later date. If you file
Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your
Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the
