Just came to check in on everyone else's cases and found the other thread closed!

Our interview is at 8:15 tomorrow morning.....

Anyone have any last minute words of advice??

We're all still waiting, so doubt we have nuggets of wisdom to share about interviews!

In all seriousness, just be yourselves! Take a deep breath, look the officer in the eye, smile, and enjoy the last step of the process! (Well, until RoC, haha).

Good luck! If you can, write a post about your experience for the rest of us. Will keep you guys in my thoughts tomorrow!

The taking a deep breath part is the part that I am having a problem with. We are both so nervous. And for us this is the last step.  This year will be our 5 year wedding anniversary so no ROC necessary.

I just wasn't sure what extra stuff I should take....pics and insurance docs....so we decided that our 3 year old is coming too

linyahui- in response to them telling you within you are normal processing times- do they even consider analyzing how the tables work? It says clearly AS OF Nov 30 they were processing Jan 23 for St. Paul. So if say we follow the trend of 4 week movement, by the actual date of January 30, they would have "touched " your case already and working on cases March 23 and earlier. Let's look forward to the next bulletin for February that will say AS of Dec 30, processing dates of-- it should be feb 23 or somethinng and so on. If you are lucky, they are actually looking at your case or scheduling you now. Maybe expect something until January 23. I know it's confusing but there is a 45 day delay from

their reporting so whatever is on the screen is what they worked on 45 days ago.

Thanks for the support, newyorkaos. USCIS' methods of analyzation is completely bonkers! I hope you're right about the date calculation...I can't decide if I should calculate based on movement trends month to month or the "as of" date. As you said, if we follow the 4-week movement trend, they should have touched our case by the end of the month. But if we think about the 10 months and 3 weeks that passed between January 23 and November 30, they won't touch our case until early Feb. Eh, six of one, half a dozen of another, I guess.

I'm obsessing over this so I don't have to think about the inauguration today....

Someone care to look at the Charlotte NC thing at tell me what they think is up? As of Nov. 30, processing May 4.....our NOA is March 23......####### man >.<

We also had an initial RFE that took about 2-3wk to get back......I don't even know how to factor in that. Sometimes I wonder if I need to be going of the May 10th date they got our RFE and resumed our case.

Sparkles- do you remember what was the last processing date  for NC ( as of Oct. 30...) ? Try to write it down and see if the trend for your office is 4 weeks. Queens was very varied like 10 days-4 weeks. If they have moved along in a 4 week trend for NC, they probably are working between June and July but as I understood it, it doesnt mean that they finished everything else prior to June. What was the last inquiry step that you made? Was it an SR or are you working with your congressman's office? I think that you can argue that at face value of the processing times, it's beyond your PD already and that is reason enough for them to give you attention.

It is about a 4wk trend, give or take a few days. Last I heard, when we went to infopass on Dec. 19 is that we were still in background and security checks. We made an SR last time only to get the 'delays not related to your case' deal.....never involved a congressman yet. I was going to save that for a 2 in 1 when we filed the EAD renewal, to expedite it as well as check on the AOS.
