i don't know what invoice number to put in when i log in to ceac.. where can i get this number from? i haven't gotten my welcome letter yet do i get ir by mail or by email?

U should write to nvc on asknvc@state.gov ...... Write a mail in that in subject mention your case no.

In content mentioned

Principal applicant name

Petitioner name

Dob of petitioner

Case no

 

And ask for invoice no.

 

They will revert back.

Or u can call nvc for invoice no and while calling confirm your wl.

well done everyone that has a priority date up👏🏻...I always get confused with this 2nd chart ..I believe when your date comes up on that you get in touch with uscis but I always thought they go in touch about a year before anyway..so what is the benefit?? Is it to try work out visas that will get issued??

I haven't receive my welcome letter with my invoice number and my priority date is sept 2005, i called my lawyer and she said she was going to email NVC asking them for our invoice number and welcome letter 

 

I was wondering is anyone going through this as well? is anyone out ther whose pd is up to dec 2005 and hasn't received their welcome letter either? i'm just a little worried and don't know why i haven't received it.

i am new but how are we expected to recieve WL before May 1st. the VB that advances the DF is for May , not before that. ( Is that right or people start getting WL before )

my father has PD oct 2005 in F3 category. my parents and one brother is in India. I am in US studying on F1 Visa.  Hoping to receive WL and than Dad will start processing paper work. Since I am in US -

WILL my paperwork be different as a beneficiary in US?

Can i apply for I485?

should i opt counselor Interview or file for adjustment of Status?

CSPA - i will be turning 21 dec - (filing 130 date oct 2005- approval date aug 2010) - what extra paperwork do i file?

They will send WL according to last name of applicant with application PD between 22 Aug 2005 - 30 Nov 2005.

Any last name starting with 'A' will get WL sooner then one whose last name starts with  'Z'.

 

Bad luck for those whose PD is 01 Dec 2005. You people just missed the target.
