Yes, there will be a checklist you can print out once you start the NVC process. You can check this link to find out more info :) :

Hi sis @love&cinta I have question regarding the I-864. I petition my mom & dad too. I asked my sister in law to have support besides mine and my husband. Since I'm gonna send 2 I-864 forms, should my sister in law fill up the form my mom and me & my husband to my dad? And did u include a copy of your passport in sending documents? Thank you in advance.

Hi!! Hmmm.. I'm afraid that I have no clear answer for you.. In my case, I completed 1 form I-864 for my mom and 1 form I-864 for my dad. Then my husband completed 1 form I-864A for my mom, and 1 form I-864A for my dad.. you may want to call NVC or do some research from trusted website.

and yes, I did send 2 copies of my passport to NVC

Good luck and hope you find the answer for your question! 😊😊

To those who are curious what the next steps are after the USCIS approval, here's my NVC timeline (so far):

06/13/17 - I-130 approved

07/20/17 - got my NVC case ID and invoice # over the phone.

07/21/17 - received email from NVC with case ID and invoice # along with steps and document checklist

07/21/17 - chose agent (me) / got email confirmation right away

07/22/17 - paid $120 AOS fee (this one's tricky, because when I went to check my status on NVC's website, it says there I need to call NVC to confirm the information regarding the agent chosen was correct but on the receipt of that I received after choosing the agent, it says I will receive an email with my case id and invoice id... in my case, I just paid the fee right away since it's a Saturday and I won't be able to call NVC anyway.)

07/26/17 - AOS fee status changed from IN PROCESS to PAID

07/29/17 -  called NVC because it has been a few days and the IV fee is still grayed out. I was able to confirm that I'm on the right track and that it normally takes a whole week for them to process the payment.

07/30/17 - received IV invoice for $325, paid right away (the Beneficiary ID is on this invoice. I have been wondering where I could find it since it is needed when filling out DS260

I guess I'll try to be patient and wait for 1 whole week for them to process my IV fee... I have already filled out my AOS form and just compiling all other requirements. I'll let you guys know what happens next. :)

Thank you jennnnnnnnnna for the updates ...a big help for me & ease my curiosity on what to do next.... GOD BLESS US.... looking forward on your next post.

Thank you. I sent them end of May and I did recieve email requesting more documents in early July. And now it's September. About 3 months give or take. So make sure you everything. I think it would have been sooner if I had all paperwork.

Thank you. If you have all paperwork I believe it'll be 2 months. I was delayed a month and half because I needed added documents

Hey. I was so surprised when I opened this up and realized so many people who petitioned in January have already been approved.

My priority date is January 10 and the Nebraska Service Center has my I 130. I petitioned for my husband. I called this week and asked if there was anything wrong with my case... and they just told me that now Nebraska is working on December 9.

Still now I see so many people have received responses already. Does anyone have any feedback for me? Should I be worried? Why is mine taking so long?

Please!
