Hello everyone! Hope you all have been well and have heard good news from USCIS or NVC. :) My mom's interview is coming soon. I've recently heard from the US Embassy in Manila and they've asked me to send an I-864A from my husband. Why? I have no idea. But I did send it anyway. Plus all copies of his W-2.

I've been checking for a few days now, and I don't think there's a forum for January 2017 filers yet, so I'm going to start one. I just sent my mom's petition today via Fedex and it should be received

To those who are curious what the next steps are after the USCIS approval, here's my NVC timeline (so far):   06/13/17 - I-130 approved 07/20/17 - got my NVC case ID and invoice # over

HI,

I am new to this. Just a bit about me. Filed for my mother on 10/12/17, Got Notice from Nebraska.

A question for guys who already got approval for their parents. Did you guys do the next step of NVC by yourself of thru lawyer? IS it easy to do by ourself or is it technical.

Hi jennnnnna hope everything is going well. My parents are completing their DS260.. should they give their present adress as their mailing adress  or should they use my US adress (under the 1st  section--  personal,adress and phone information . )

Did the Us embassy in Manila contact you or your mom ? Did you give them , her present adress as the mailing adress in the DS 260 form ? Pls ... I am very confused ..... Do they want my adress or my parents adress as mailing adress?thank you ...

Just an update on my mom petition. Ceac says the visa has now been issued. yayy!! After 9 months of process it will finally come to an end soon.

Hi @AJJ I did all the processing by myself, I think most people here in this forum does. I can't say it's easy, but there's a step-by-step procedure you can read and follow at NVC's website.

Hi @Dassie, I would assume it's your parents' address. I don't know exactly what you're referring to, but I found this online:
