I've been checking for a few days now, and I don't think there's a forum for January 2017 filers yet, so I'm going to start one. I just sent my mom's petition today via Fedex and it should be received

To those who are curious what the next steps are after the USCIS approval, here's my NVC timeline (so far):   06/13/17 - I-130 approved 07/20/17 - got my NVC case ID and invoice # over

Mine was received January 9th, so it already hit the 3 month mark. It was sent to Potomac Service Center. Hopefully I hear from them soon.

Hi,

I filed mother's forms I-130, I-485, I-864, I-131, I-765, I-693, G-325a, G-1145. The package is received Chicago Lockbox on April 5th. Checks cashed on April 12. Expecting NOA x1 by April 20th. As form G-1145 was filed with I-130, I-485 and I-864As.  Does USCIS send the text message or an email earlier or if when NOA is issued? anyone has experience? Please reply.

Not sure if this will help you but i sent the I130 for my step daughter on 4/6 money order was cashed on 4/12  and today 4/13 i received a text from USCIS. Providing me with the receipt #.  I checked on USCIS website they stated thatni should received a letter on the mail and my priority date is 4/7.

4/6 - I-130 sent USPS

4/7- I-130 received at Chicago Lockbox

4/12 - Money order cashed

4/13 - Notice of acceptance (Text/ email) - Case assigned to TEXAS

4/18 - Notice of acceptance (regular mail USPS)

10/4- RFE - for intial evidence notice online

10/19/2017 RFE notice received

10/20/17 - RFE response sent

10/21/2017 - RFE delivered to USCIS address

10/23/2017 - USCIS system updated " Response to USCIS request for evidence was received

1/22/2018 - Approved (Tier2 informed me by phone)

2/8/2018 - Case Sent to NVC

2/21/2018 - NVC received case 

3/30/2018 - Case & Invoice number over the phone

3/30/2018 - DS-261 completed

4/2/2018 - Welcome letter by email

4/3/2018 -  Paid $120 & $325

4/10/2018 - Sent IV & AOS documents

4/11/2018 -  Post office delivered documents to NVC

4/11/2018 - Completed DS260

4/23/2018 -  Case Completed

I just received on April 14th, the Text/Email notice and online filing dates for I-130 with priority date April 5, and for other forms.

I applied I-130  and the receipt date is Jan 26, 2017. It has been over 83 days now with no updates. Called USCIS for special requests. They say I cannot make a special request as it is within processing time limit.  How people in this forum has made a special request on day 75???? Anyone who has made a special request out there? How did you do it?  Any tips and help will be highly appreciated . Thanks

I would like to know as well. I applied mine Jan 19th and no update ever since either. How long is the processing time?

IR-5 Timeline (Petitioning both of my parents from Philippines)

1/14/2017 - Mailed Petition to Chicago Lockbox 

1/18/2017 - Petition Received

1/25/2017 - Received text and email notification that case was accepted and routed to Texas Service Center

1/27/2017 - Check cashed and received NOA1 in the mail

Hi guys! Mine was received on January 9th, so more than 90 days already. I guess they are just really backed up right now. I checked their processing times on the USCIS website and they just updated it today:

 

California Service Center - November 15, 2016

Nebraska Service Center - August 30, 2016

Texas Service Center - September 2, 2016

Vermont Service Center - September 28, 2016

Potomac Service Center - October 1, 2016

 

My fingers are crossed! This waiting game is taking forever... Hope we all hear back SOON!!! :)

I just send all the financial and supporting documents on monday. We have a little hold as the holy week came and my mom took 2 weeks to get all of her documents together .So i will advice you guys to gather all of them now. :) I've read that it will took them 11 weeks to review all the documents. I'm praying that they won't ask for more so we can go to the next step which is the medical and interview.

04/16/13 - NOA(x4) Text/Email received with MSC number, routed to NBC

04/18/13 - Able to check status on USCIS site

04/18/13 - Received biometrics notice for 5/8/13 apt

04/23/13 - Biometrics completed by walk-in

05/14/13 - I-485 Case Status updated to Testing & Interview

05/20/13 - Text message (as of 5/19/13 I-485 interview date set for 6/20/13)06/10/13 - Status update - AP approved EAD in card production

06/14/13 - Status update - EAD/AP card mailed out (Tracker: USPS estimated delivery date 6/17/13)
