I have a question about the medical examination.
I tried to turn in my papers to the embassy but was told that I was missing a paper and to come back a different day. I was worried that I would be unable to return so I sent the papers through Aramex instead. The problem is that the embassy had opened the medical examination envelope about half way and stamped and signed it. I was wondering if I will be penalized for my envelope being opened by the embassy.
Thank you.
