Hello everyone

I have a few questions on mind and I would appreciate if you guys share your experiences, first is whats  a scan date people keep talking about? Second when I go to the ceac website and look at the status it shows ds261 Complete.... ds260 .. Paid COMPLETE....then it shows AOS....PAID......N/A and Civil documents N/A ? I sent all required documents with the AOS form all in one package.... Is it normal that they show N/A for both AOS and Civil Documents even tho they already received the documents about 3 weeks ago or should I be worried? thank you

Scan date I'm pretty sure is the date they scan your IV and AOS packages in their system. My scan date was beginning of november and my CEAC sounds the same as yours so I'm going to go ahead and assume it's normal to look like that :) I've read on here that once your fees change from paid to NA than it is a good chance your file has been reviewed and complete and you should call to verify. I can't say that I'm 100% correct so somebody correct me if I'm wrong!

What you are seeing on the CEAC site is normal. No one knows why they face NA there, that's just the way it is. And yes scan date is the date NVC receives Ave scans your documents. You can call them to find out what that date is.
