I've been in the NVC sh*t since May 2016 - a bit of confusion on my part led to a multi-month delay.   11/28 is my 3rd scan date.   I just got back from visiting my family in Japan so don't know the status of my case - I'll start calling this week as my 6 weeks should have ended on 1/10.

I found out via phone. As my case is employment based so my AOS Fee always EXEMPT. It never changed.

Dear friends...I saw 3 N/A's this morning and called NVC to confirm...case complete!  Today is exactly 10 weeks since my scan date (November 2) and exactly 3 weeks since supervisor review (December 21).  I am optimistic and hopeful that everyone with late October and early-mid November scan dates will hear soon!

I call both night and day.  It
