Is the K1 Still Apply To Married Status?

Hi, to any and all who can help me, a BIGGGGGGG thanks! I am a natural born US citizen. I have been together with my wife for 12 years, but only got married back in August 26, 2016. Just a few months ago. Now according to the site, i see it contains advice on how to get your "Fiance(e)" over and such, but would any advice given or laid out be helpful for an already married couple? I want to petition my wife and get her ASAP into the States but I dont know the first thing or what the first step would be to get anything started. Please help :(:(

Yup, go for the CR-1 using the I-130 petition. Unfortunately, nothing with USCIS is "ASAP"...expect about 12-18 months for approval. Good luck!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
