Hello,

I have 2 quick questions and would greatly appreciate any help.

1.- I have the I-I129 completed and ready to send. Do I need to send the Affadavit of Support with it now or is that later when they request it? I dont see the Affadavit of Support listed on the I-I129 checklist when I first send the petition.

2- Do I need to pay one of these visa companies to handle my application, do they really speed up the process, or is it relatively easy to complete myself as long as I fill out everything correctly ? I would appreciate so much any advice. My fiance really wants her and her daughter here no later than August to make the transition into school easier, and I want to do everything to make her happy.

Thanks,

Marko

Those agencies do not really speed up the process at all and can make same mistakes as you yourself would.

Thanks,

Marko

Just follow the guides on here....

ask questions as you go.    It's pretty straight forward and people here are eager to help.

I Have had no issues.   And when I have he questions I was able to get them answered here or by calling the embassy.

as said above no need to pay someone to do the work for you when it doesnt speed up anything and visa companies can make errors, better off saving your money  and studying the process on your own

the process is pretty much straight forward first part send paperwork starting the process with fees do not worry yet about the affidavit of support yet once they receive I-129 and don't forget to put your cell number they will send you a text with conformation that they have recievd then you can start checking the web site to see where your case is standing then he or see will receive a letter stating the time and place for interview that when u will need all of the rest of paper work I-864 affidavits of support and all other documents...keep your nerves on check don't stress ur self when I did all the paperwork at that time total process took abt 6 months to complete...there is no need to hire or pay a third party to do anything and it will not speed up the process...and one final note when u send I-129 paperwork send it thru certified mail that way it doesn't get lost and you can track your mail and they will sign when recievd..anything wrong in paperwork they will send you a letter of explantion or what else is needed very easy process...good luck in ur visa journey...happy new year
