This must be the paper they are waiting on. You need to fill it out and send it to them. It's your immigrant registration form.

But I already did it and submit it on 28th October 2016, She said she doesn't have access to see what do i submit thats SOUND funny ?. They are the authorities they should have know all this. Yesterday i give her confirmation number too Aag.......

Are you sure it's submitted? Double check then wait on your supervisor review.

I have Confirmation Page with Date of submission and Confirmation number and my case number on it too.

I did it online while ceac.state.gov also show completed along two N/A's

Bc of you boneheads the average wait time to speak to a person when calling the Nvc is 30-60 minutes. Ugh. I've personally spent in the neighborhood of 12 hrs just waiting. Thanks a lot. Now that I got that gripe out the way...

they asked me as well, almost every time until the case completed review. I kindve assumed that particular extension at option 1, 4 just didn't have access to that.

And for the N/A part, it is a good indicator that your case completed review, and is just waiting to get to the next desk/step of processing.
