I can't tell if you should contact him or not.I don't have details of your case then I don't know if your spouse is a violent person and you can put your life in risk contacting him. Instead, to contact your spouse you should file for divorce, it's simple, go to the Court and ask a divorce kit.

You should contact the Court regarding divorce and annulment. I can't answer your questions about divorce because it's not my field. In many States, there are several grounds to grant a divorce or annulment such as adultery, irreconcilable desertion, fraud, separation and irreconcilable differences, and each ground has a different waiting time to file a complaint for divorce.

Thank you Sandranj.

Hi Sandra93,

I had thought that my date to go off was 12/21 (Receipt Date), so it had been over 90 days and I inquired about EAD. The IO explained to me that since I submitted a fee waiver, my petition went to get approved for the waiver first before it got handed to the responsible units, so I should use 02/02 (Notice Date) as the date to go by.

Go to this website: https://my.uscis.gov/appointment

You can make an appointment for your InfoPass there. You will have to pick a language and provide zip code for your area so they can determine which InfoPass office is for you. If there is no available appointments, keep checking every day. They will come ☺

Collecting documents for all of this evidence is a daily chore.  Geesh!!!

Question:  for the I-912, we are getting a letter from WIC, and submitting copies of 2016 W-2's.  Should we send anything else as evidence?

-EXPIRED EAD QUESTION-

Hi guys, I am happy to read of the good news some of us here received. I hope I get mine too. In the meantime, I have a question which I hope if anyone of you knows the answer I would be grateful if you could answer me.

Can I renew my EAD? I just have a prima facie letter.

Sure you can, and you should apply to renew your EAD a couple of months before it expires to avoid tricky situations between expiration and renewal processing. Good luck

I got this EAD when me and my husband filed for my adjustment of status 2 yrs ago, and since the petition was withdrawn my EAD, I cannot renew it. Would I wait then for my I360 to be approved to renew it? Or, since I have an EAD already and have prima facie, is there a way I can renew it?

It doesn't matter if your husband's petition is withdrawn, you are still eligible to obtain EAD and since you already have a valid one you should keep using it only remember to submit form I-765 to obtain a new document.
