Another funny thing to note.

I used the RFE prompts to get transfered to the CSC. but was redirected back to the main USCIS. I was given a recorded message staying that there was none at the CSC today to take my call.

I don't know if this is another way of saying all operators are busy. or saying simply there is nobody there period. Is it the weekend already? haha. hmmm

HEHE we will see. I will call today to find out. I forgot I sent a letter in asking about my case. I now fear that might have caused my touches hehe. Oh well.

Wioombeen

Letter? What kinda letter?

Oh well, today is Thursday, let's hope CSC will work hard and crank out more approvals today, for you, for me, and for everyone else!! :D PLS PLS PLS!! ^_^

I had written a letter about a week ago to the email address the USCIS provided for those who felt they have been approved but have not receive their hard copy due to there recent system problems. I told them I have seen some people who have a later NOA1 date than my own become approved. And that other USCIS personal have assured me that they process them in the order they are received. I wrote "So either the USCIS processes the petitions out of order or I have already been approved but have not been notified. I asked which one of those two where true. Have I been approved or does the USCIS indeed process out of order? since only one can be true." hehe.

That was about a week ago. I am now thinking that is why I have received my touches. I called today and the man said nobody has been assigned to my case yet. of course he tried to give me the "we are only working on January petitions." line, and I always love that one haha. I asked him if you are only working on JAN petitions then why have at least 80+% of JAN,FEB, and March filers already been approved? as well as some April filers. haha he had no answer. only said he has to go by the date given him there. hahha. OH well. back to waiting. haha.

wioombeen

hey - good on yah, wioombeen. of course, i suspect, unfortunately, you won't get an answer, but maybe they'll update their scripts

and we can hear some new runaround. something a little less insulting in terms of being blatantly false  .

ah well.

4/17 NOA1 (VSC)

7/03 Touched (updated mailing address)

7/07 Touched (progress?)

7/31 NOA2

This is the word for word letter I wrote

I have received several touches, but no notice. I

have seen also several other people receive their

NOA2's who have dates after my own receipt date.

The USCIS assured me that they process the

applications in order they are received. If this is

true then I must have been approved already. Since I

have indeed seen many petitioners with later receipt

dates than my own being approved. I have even seen

one with a receipt date of June 20th approved. That

is over 2 month later than my own receipt date. The

only other explanation is that the USCIS process the

petitions out of order or they give special treatment

to some petitioners.

Please let me know which of these are true.

1. The CSC is processing petitions out of order.

2. Some petitioners are given special treatments.

3. My petition has already been approved but due to

the system problems at the CSC I have not yet

received a notice.

One of these has to be accurate. Please let me know

which one.

thanks

here another april filer. we never got a NOA1 so we called and they told us all was fine and they would send a message to the CSC to send us the notice. well that was a few weeks ago... no touches, no NOA1, but a case number. WRAAAAAHHRRG!!!

so frustrating to work on the petition for so long, send the money and then ... nothing. give us something! anything! but im so happy to see some april filers getting approved, maybe its picked up again.

Goos Luck to all! Im hoping on some more approvals next week!

Aww your case has not been assigned yet?? Awww awww awww :(

I've seen the letter you posted here btw, good job!

I'm thinking, if we don't get approved this week, my fiance said he's gonna look into asking for help from his Congressman. This is getting to be a bit too much. Feb and March filers all got approvals pretty quick, but for April filers, it's like our petitions are in a hole or something. It has been more than 100 days for quite a few of us here.... geez....

Really, what the heck is CSC doing?? <_<
