I hope so. I just read thru that whole thread about how slow it's been transferring the stuff to NVC. I hope that's not the case for us too. Have you called NVC yet to see if they have your case?

Nope I did not call,yeah they say it is slow but I am not gonna worry about it too much.

I am just gonna wait until I have my Pack3 in the mail really :)

7/2/2007 Received NOA2 in mail (first of knowing approval)

9/2/2007 Pete feels that we should not marry after being apart for so long and will remain in Wales. Our journey ends a month before interview. My heart breaks.

I know it. Your ahead of me so it should be soon for you. USCIS should have a queue number letting people know where they sit since they claim petitions are done in order of when they were filed. Seems it would be easy enough to implement. They know how anxious and stressed people get wondering and waiting.

I am new to Visa Journey, don't know how I just found it! But I am an April filer! I am looking at how close I am! Unfortunately, I am travelling out of the country (living with my fiance) and am not at my address. I gave my parents address, so hopefully it will arrive anytime soon!

January 19, 2011 Applied for Citizenship

April 14, 2011 Citizenship Interview-Passed

June 3, 2011 Citizenship Certificate Received

Hi Tim, My name is Jack and I am trying to get my Fiancee from Vietnam to the US also. Pretty much like you. Can I ask you a few questions if I get stuck? I am trying to do this the correct way and fast as possible. It's hard loving someone who on the other side of the world. Thanks and good luck..If you ever go back to Vietnam, I would recommend a few place you sure visit. It's so beautiful there. Take care....

Of course, I'd be glad to help however I can. If I don't know the answer, multiple other people will chime in, I'm sure. When I went I visited Saigon (Tram lives just outside of downtown across the river), and I spent a few days in Dalat. Hopfully I'll be going back soon and often, I love it there! My work is also in the process of opening a new plant in Saigon so I might get to go on the company's dime :). :thumbs:

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.
