I got this list from another member on here but my question is are the duplicates needed? I see a lot of the same ones for diff forms. and I thought we only needed 2 passport size pictures? how many marriage certificates do we need? how many I-94??

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

· Check: Payment in the amount of $1070 (Biometrics fee included)

· Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

· Copy of my passport (biographical page and entry stamps)

· Copy of my passport page with K-1 visa

· Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (Approval Notice for I-129F)

· Copy of Electronic Form I-94

· Copy of my foreign Birth certificate

· Certified copy of Marriage Certificate

· Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet

· Two (2) Passport size photos

· Form I-693 vaccination transcription

I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act

· Form I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act

· Copy of federal income tax return, including W-2's for the years 2011, 2012, 2013

· Employment Certificate

· Copy of most recent pay stubs

· Copy of U.S. spouse passport page

I-765 Application for Employment Document

· Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

· Copy of Passport with nonimmigrant visa

· Copy of Electronic Form I-94

· Two (2) Passport size photos

· Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (to note the name change)

I-131 Application for Travel Document

· Form I-131 Application for Travel Document

· Copy of Passport with nonimmigrant visa

· Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

· Copy of Electronic Form I-94

· Two (2) Passport size photos

· Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (to note the name change)

You are K-1 so you just need to give them the copy your have of the DS-3025 and you don't need the I-693.

And tax stuff has to be new not those old ones. Atlas 2015 but you can also add 2014 and 2013.

And as said above look at the guides on here to make sure you have it all.

Each form requires 2 passport photos. Read through the instructions for each form and include what each one asks for. They are all mailed together, but are separate applications.
