The loud music thing being exclusive to one or two racial groups is a quite wrong. If I stand outside any local high school and the end of the day, I hear kids bumpin' to country, rap, christian rock or anything else loud. When I visited Germany the kids were playing loud music, in Latin America and my friend's kids in Kansas too. if where you live, that thought is considered to be a minority behavior, then it seems to be a narrow view of the World in general.

Our Hispanic neighbors used to play tejano music. Hate that sh!t, but I didn't get all racist on them over it. I just asked them to turn it down. In Spanish. (They did so, politely.)

These people will shoot me. I remembered one point, the entire neighborhood suffered from a deflated tire on their car because it was punctured with a knife. About 100 cars. It's not a matter of race though. Very hard to distinguish when the community is full of Spanish speakers.
