What is the code after the 122 Usually letters or numbers in ( ) like this 22 CFR 41.122(h)(3)

I would think a lifetime Ban or 10 years because of serious misrep. You submitted fraudulent papers you knew were fraudulent to obtain a visa benefit. You weren't forth coming about it at interview and it was only found out at the border.

Applying again would gain you nothing you are in the system. But you need to know what kind of Ban you do have,

I would desist from reapplying until your ban is lifted if it's not a lifetime ban....

Nothing to stop you applying.

You lied and they caught that lie in doha.

Nigerian police has a cell that deals with serious misrep and document fraud. You're likely to encounter that cell the next time you visit USemb.

You're likely rightfully banned from the US for life.

Could get a waiver down the road, but not for a while though.

Rightfully penalized for lying.
