Please we are about to send our aos out but the advance parole in part 4 and part 7 looks confusing since we don't intend to travel now,pls what should we write in the space provided.it says purpose of trip and we should explain how we qualify for an advance parole.

I put various dates, and the reason as visiting family and friends. I think everyone on a K1 that applies for advance parole gets it.

Am here again with my question.we have a one year old daughter which her biological father is the US citizen and we both came here with k1,k2 and we are summiting our aos together now my question is ,under applicant signature for our minor daughter,are we to sign it or we will leave the space and sign where it says (sign here if u fill on behave of the applicant)thanks all for ur help

Your daughter's biological father is a USC and she came on a K-2? Isn't she entitled to US citizenship?

Yes she is not qualify because I gave birth to her before my husband become a US citizen
