I ( Lucius ) the petitioner received a letter from NVC dated October 12,2016. Saying they were forwarding our petition to the Embassy in Manila.

How long does it usually take ( or average time) for the Beneficiary to get a letter or what every they send to the beneficiary?

We never received a letter.

Some beneficiaries never will receive anything in the mail.

I only received an email from the Manila embassy; but we had already scheduled the interview/medical and all.

I wouldn't worry about waiting.

Do you have your NVC case number and hard copy? If so, go a head and schedule your medical. Your SO can go complete this with passport, passport photos, copy of the NVC letter.

Interview can also be scheduled for say 1 week after the medical.

CFO is also needed but you can do that whenever really. Just need to go back to CFO for "stamp" after interview if approved.

Usually the USC(petitioner) is only one who really receives anything in the mail.

So again long as you have the NVC case number, you can book the needed appointments a head of time. But you'll need to scan and send the beneficiary a copy of the NVC letter (that was asked for at the medical on our end).

I just sent copies of NOA1, NOA2, NVC letter and all with the I-134 form and updated signed documents and financial forms via FedEx ($95 for 3 day delivery to Manila from Houston).

I did the same, but sent via DHL. I sent it on a Friday afternoon, and it was delivered to her in Leyte on Tuesday. $51

We never got an "NVC letter".

What St Luke's asks for is "Interview letter from the National Visa center or Visa interview appointment confirmation from the embassy". We provided the latter.

To the OP, all you need is your MNL # from NVC which you should have. Then your destiny is in your hands.

You got the letter from NVC with the MNL# on it!!! Scan a copy and email it to your fiancee.

THEN

It it is ROCK n ROLL time!!! You don't need to wait for anything to get things going. There are no letters or packets to wait for... just "Git Er Dun!!"

Here is a link to get you started. http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/3-usem-k-1-visa

The basics of the process are; create your account/profile online (link provided from the link above), pay your visa fee, (wait a day) then schedule your interview, complete your DS-160, complete the medical, attend the interview, get your visa, attend CFO and get their sticker in the passport... then FLY!!!

Links to all those processes are on the website I gave you

You do NOT mail the original NOA1 or NOA2 (you KEEP THE NOA2, you keep it safe, you will need it later). ONLY an original I-134 needs to be send to your fiancee. Copy of your most recent tax return and W2... NOT your bank statements.

Follow the embassy instructions letter... follow the link I gave you earlier, it has links to the instructions letter and so forth.

We will certainly keep the NOA 2 Letter safe. And thanks for the link, it really breaks it down, to not seem to be so overwhelming. Easier to understand and follow for my fiancee.

Thanks for your time and efforts with helping so many of us.

Good move keeping the NOA2 safe, you will need a copy of it after you are married when filing AOS.
