10day since AOS sent no NOA1 from uscis(Chicago Lockbox)

Hey guys. it's been 10 days since I sent my AOS package to USCIS and have yet to receive a NOA1 and money orders have not been cashed.

Package sent:10/20/2016

Received : 10/21/2016...

Should I be worried

No. It has been just 6 business days. It can take up to a month for the check to be cashed. Good luck! :)

I read that some people received NOA after just 3 days.

Yes, but if you go by the shortest time you've seen, you'll always be disappointed! (Well, unless you can beat that time). Just be patient. :)

Its normal,in a few days u will get it. We got our NOA1 text/email notification at night after 2 weeks we sent the package.

Our AOS package got sent on 10/12/16 and my check is still not cashed... Seems like they are busy at USCIS this time of the year... Hopefully we will hear from in few days.

It seems that way, I checked today and my money order still not cashed as yet. Keeping my fingers crossed that we'll get our NOA soon.
