OMG! Im crying right now! i'm in shock... someone slap me and we wake me up! :'D   after 87 days of waiting we finally got approved!!  I need to tell my fiance T^T.

Happy New Year all. Here's to everyone on this thread receiving some good news soon!

I haven't been active on the thread, due to some relationship complications, and a subsequent trip to my fiance. I'm not sure if I should have been asked more questions while meeting with US Immigration. Not that I was expecting being grilled by the officer, but I didn't find a different process from previous visits to the US.

 

Anywho, I also wanted to ask if there have been any RFE notices issued with the November filers?

They're estimates based on the data from its members. It lags behind "real" processing times slightly, but is overall pretty good.

I'm sure they did say that. They will just go based on what their website says. As you can see on this website if you do a timeline search, they have sent NOA2s to a number of the Nov. filers already. It has slowed down, but Nov. filers are seeing responses.

Most likely. Some applications from July are likely still being processed (due to various reasons).

if they are really processing july cases. DAMN! it'll take a long time to reach our cases. although they've sent NOA2 on some november filers but still it looks like they're prioritizing the July cases.
