I was on the line for interview and i found out that my wife file for divorce. My question to you is am i going to get denied or what is going to happen

If the divorce becomes final or you and your wife physically separate before you take the oath, you won't be able to take the oath and will have to re-file once you've been a LPR for 5 years (minus 90 days).

Can you answer the following questions:

Have you been separated all this while?

How did you not see this divorce coming?

Did you two live together before you found out about the divorce?

If your divorce becomes final before your interview or oath, then you don't qualify for citizenship until 1 yr later where you will meet the 5 yrs requirement.

Note that your citizenship could be revoked if by USCIS error or your own, you get citizenship even though you don't qualify.

Do the right thing to avoid future problems.

I recently file for n400 and did my biometric finger print on 08/19/2016

And on September 6 my case was updated in the line of interview

My concern is my wife called police on me 15times and had like 4ppo file on me one was granted which i field for motion and it was dismissed the other 3 was denied my question is will that will that stop me me from getting the citizenship
