Hey, guys! How do I count current individual income? Do I count that as expected income this year (hubby went to school for 4 month) or do I claim it as a years income that he had to get?

And is there anything to show at the embassy instead of employment letter? Hubby has some pay stubs for a few month but it's printed out. He's a policeman.. is a letter from someone above with the rank counts, say sergeant? I'm so out of ideas and we have just a few days left ???

Please HELP ???

You use expected income for the year. He should be able to scan and email you some pay stubs. Some paystubs also have total income to date.

Were you asked by NVC to provide this at interview? I'm not understanding why you need this.

Sorry, for the confusion!

Our case was expedited before I payed IV fee or sent any documents in, and now I'm all worried about all this financial documents..

Thank you! So I should count myself how much he received monthly and count out what he'll make and that's what I wrote down?

Yes, if he gets paid monthly then multiple the monthly salary by the number of months worked. I assume you are preparing form I-864 which is supposed to be filled out by the US citizen. You will still need at a minimum his 2015 tax transcript or 2015 tax form with W-2. Did you know that the I-864 requires an original signature?

We got approved today!!! Officer wouldn't even look at once evidence and was really nice to us even though we got married after we've known each other for less then a month! I'm so happy to be over with it!

So all you guys from Ukraine, don't be afraid, officers are really nice here, nothing to fear if your relationships are true!

Lord is so good! And thank you to all of you guys, this forums helped a lot! We did everything overseers with your help! And some bad Ukrainian immigration company was trying to tell us we'll never get approved!

Congratulations to everyone who's done with this step and good luck to somebody who still is taking it, pray and Lord will hear you!!! ???
