Employment authorization document came with maiden name ?

Hi, I have a question for anyone who had experience with EAD, I came here on K1 Visa, had an interview and biometric screening, after that I received my EAD with my maiden name on it, but and under the picture was my signature with my married name???? I don't understand how can that be? and I need to apply for my SSC, is that going to affect the issuing of my SSC?

I fill everything what required my married name, Its just surprising that they put my maiden name on the card but under the picture is my signature with my married name, they even asked for a marriage certificate to prove my married name, I just dont know if this is going to cause a problem when I go to get my SSN?

What do you mean "everything that required" your maiden name? What name did you use for yourself on the forms?

Looks like a mistake has been made in any case. You should contact them to make sure your future green card will be in the right name.

For now, you will get your SSN in your maiden name.
