all Filipinos applying for a visa  are required to have their Cenomar married or single

CENOMAR is for single  CEMAR is for married but most of the time it is just refer to as CENOMAR

for the K-1 and immigrant visas.

And yes the instructions letter for the immigrant  visa states CENOMAR even though an Advisory of Marriage will be issued for a married person - CEMAR

Hello po, may i know how will you know that they already deliver the cenomar in us embassy here in singapore..please help 😢 and where can u get cenimar here in singapore?

Hi Miel, did the PSA managed to send your CENOMAR here in singapore? how long? i read the thread and yours is the most recent comment on CENOMAR request, we just came from our family imigration interview.I am the main applicant and my dependents are with me, unfortunately my son turned 21 this month so the officer required my son to provide a copy of CENOMAR which will be sent from PSA to US Embassy Singapore before they will approve our visas, so we need it ASAP. my cousin went to PSA philippines but unable to help to send to overseas. So hope online works. thanks

Good day! Has anyone here had the same situation as ours? My husband is under the F2a category and will be interviewed on Oct 1,2019 in the US Embassy Singapore. Yesterday, the embassy asked us to submit CENOMAR but it should be sent directly to the embassy by the PSA/NSO from the Philippines. I applied for the CENOMAR online and used the FEDEX courier service for it to be faster. However, I am wondering if It is right that I put my husband’s name for the requestor’s name then the US Embassy Singapore’s address for the delivery address. Is this how it’s supposed to be done? Please help! I read that the requestor’s name should be the same as the FEDEX account holder’s name which is why I did that.

Hi Ryan Tay, did the embassy received the CENOMAR IN TIME FOR THW INTERVIEW? can help me share how u go about it? I have the same question, if i can put my son’s name and adressed to US embassy Singapore.

@gigina

According to the PSA Serbilis website, it will take 6 to 8 weeks after payment.

I don't know if they will send it directly to the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. You should contact the PSA to clarify.

To get the CENOMAR shipped quicker use the EXPEDITE service by opening a FEDEX acct (easy to do)..  I would not recommend PhilPost mailing service as it does not arrive many times .    ... as in NEVER arrives.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
