Salam redone, How is you Administrative Processing going on? i want to ask about the fees of the visa ,Do you remember how much you paid? and i have question about the relationship evidence,, did you show them lot of pictures ? did you printed them in simple paper?

My AP was Over yesterday and status is Issued and i posted yesterday. now i got an email to go pick up my passport.

the visa fee was 29200DA. and i took like 15 new pics printed in normal size paper .. it was 8 pages each page have 4 pics.

What do you mean ??? I gave them a copy and translated copy of it. And the guy ask to see the original and return it back.

So I am asking if the military card is required for the interview? How do you know what documents you need for the interview? What if you don't have the military card yet?

No problem I know some who went without it and it was not an issue. When your file arrive to the embassy in Algiers they will send your fiancée an email with a list of required document that is called packet 3.

you are at step 4 only (little far from the last step). now you have to wait for about 2 weeks then call NVC at +1 603 334-0700 then 1 for english and 7 to speak to someone to get a case number. that you can use to track your case here : https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

Salam everybody,

So i get my K1 visa approved !!

My experience at US embassy was easy and interesting

I get at embassy early so i waited out, when its time they called for us,

- They will ask for your appointment letter and your ID, and give you a visitor badge, then they will show you another door to get in.

- The other door where is the Security and scanning, Cell phones and electronic devises of any kind are not allowed.

- From that they will show you the other part of the embassy, You take your left then right till you get to the the consular section...

- The receptionist will ask for your passport, DS-160 and a 5x5 pic ( Do not forget to take 3 pics 5x5) She will attach your pic to the DS-160 confirmation page and stamp it and ask you to write down two phone numbers and your monthly salary,Then she will send you to the window number1 where you will pay the fee. ( i paid: 36300 DA ) ( inside the consular section you found windows with glasses it's like cash desk in the banks)

- Tell the lady you are there for an immigrant visa K1.

- After paying You will wait,, After half hour a lady called my name and asked for my papers:

1- your medical exam, Passport.2 pictures.Birth certificate + translation,Court record + translation,A copy of Military card + translation.Non marriage certificate + translation.Affidavit of support: I-134 form. IRS transcript.2013,2014,2015 Irs income tax return 2015 (my fiance work as self employed)

2-Relationship evidence & proofs: Intent to marry from both signed and dated.Boarding pass and passport stamps.Pictures. Emails, facebook chat, ( the screenshot are the best )

3- They take your your finger prints.

- We were 4 K1 waiting to be called to one of the windows.

- Than you will wait again for your interview. ( the interview will be stand up in one of the windows, there is 7 windows and you will sit down in front of this windows so you can hear the interview lol it was funny. I remember the interview of the lady before me, the CO refused her case and said your relationship sound not serious,i am sorry.

after her he called my name, He asked me to Raise my hand up and swear.Then he wanted to take fingerprints, and he will ask you to choose a language for interview.

Questions:

- How and when i met my fiance?

- What does she do?

- Why you choose her ?

- Why you choose amrican lady?

- When did you meet her in person?

- Where did you meet in person?

-What you did when she came to you?

-When she got her divorce?

- She has kids?

- Do you want kids?

Then he told me to wait, after that a lady called my name in wondow number 1 and gave me a paper and explain me how and when to get my passport and my visa

Congratulations .. why did you pay that much ?? it was 29200 DA only why the extra 7100 for ?

can you please share the details about when and how to get the passport ? a lot of people are issued weeks ago and still waiting for the passport.

ohh just copy and past your review on embassy page ... it will be easy to find for people coming after!!
